You should be able to launch your mobile pet salon in as few as 2 to 4 months, it depends on how quickly you complete pre-opening steps, acquire your mobile and attend training
Yes, we want our owners to be actively involved. Some may hire a general manager to oversee day to day operations, while owners focus on marketing, business development and management.
Yes and yes! All owners should plan to operate more than one of our full-service pet grooming mobile pet salons. If desired, owners can operate multiple territories. We even offer discounts on initial franchise fees for owners who commit up front to additional territories.
When our franchise owners decide to add another mobile the lead time fits right in to their development needs.
Once your first mobile is booked to capacity (and you're ready to make more money), it's time to expand! Typically it takes about 3 months to get your next mobile up and running.
No! Our owners are typically managers and don’t need to be the head groomer. Plus, we help owners learn the keys to grooming to manage the team effectively. If you have a background, education or training as a groomer, that’s a plus, but you won’t need to be a groomer in your Vanity Fur business.
Our mobile pet salons typically operate 5-7 days a week with 1-2 groomers per mobile.
We will be able to share our Financial Performance Representation, called an Item 19 in our Franchise Disclosure Document which highlights affiliate performance and history. This can be a useful tool to help you evaluate the revenue potential for your Vanity Fur business
